Great Explorations Children’s Museum has served the children and families of the Tampa Bay area since 1987. Designed for children 10 and under, the 23,000 square foot museum is filled with exhibits and activities to stimulate learning through creativity, play and exploration. The museum also offers a national award winning preschool, camps and afterschool programming, field trips and community outreach programs.

You can easily spend a few hours at Great Explorations. I have two under 5 and both have plenty to keep themselves busy, which is hard to find most places. Watch Groupon for deals or get a membership.

My grand daughters 4th birthday was at this museum. The children loved all things to do. Real mini shopping carts and grocery store was so amazing.

I am not sure. We have a yearly membership to take the grandchildren whenever they want.
