We're local residents of St. Petersburg, and have been to this park more than 100 times since we first moved here in 2001. It has about 20 or 30 major events each year (concerts, food fairs, etc.), which often feature some pretty good bands, although...More

Yes, there are festivals and events and parades here often. And there are always boats, people, water-birds and squirrels to look at. But the best way to enjoy this park is to walk or sit under the mature trees in this park, especially on a...More

We stumbled on this as we were out geocaching. Even on a rainy day, this was a great venue available to the public.

This park is ideal to go relax with a picnic in mind or hammocks. The views of the bay are very pretty and you can see small planes flying right above since the airport is just right there. It would be perfect for drones but...More

Love this venue. We live on the Space Coast, but have made the trek over to St Pete on several different occasions for concerts to include Ziggy Marley, Sheryle Crow, and now Buddy Guy too. Mayne, what an awesome event. Great venue. Fantastic set up.

I have been to many concerts here- the Annual Ribfest, Caribbean Festival, Blues Fest and more. Always great bands and great food trucks. The scenery of the water and the sunset are beautiful and the atmosphere is always energizing!!

The park has its jewel - the white arches with blossoming trees. I am not sure if the trees will be in blossom all year round but the view of the Vinoy hotel and marina are the perfect setting for a picture. However, at this...More

It's not a real park. It's more like a small open space. Always a lot of tourists. I do not think it will be convenient for you to do so... However you can probably have your beer or cooler in your hand.

Depends on the event. Bags are checked. Security is very visable. Some events like blues fest you can bring lawn chairs. You would need to check before attending. There are 2 parking lots but some events they are full... More
