Take a leisurely walk around the site, and visit the HQ. Been part of the west coast early Indian settlements.

A very nice nature area in the middle of a metro area. It was away from the crowds and noises of Tampa Bay. Very peaceful.

Taking a picnic and watching the sunset, this was a nice destination. Just a bit off the main road but worth the trip. While we sat and ate we saw tons of wildlife including dolphins, crabs, and a close encounter with a raccoon.

A very cool labyrinth of mangrove tunnels and waterways. The entire park is fantastic and so hidden from the rest of St. Pete. A gem.

Thanks for your question. When paddling, you want at least a 1.1 foot tide to make it through the tunnels without having to drag your vessel. Anywhere above about a 2.5 foot tide becomes difficult as well because you're... More
