We were able to see the entire zoo in about 2-3 hours. They had bald eagles and kookaburra which was really cool to see. They had a nice reptile exhibit as well as nice exhibit of butterflies and moths. Our nieces had a nice time feeding and petting the goats and llama. They have a type of zip line available... More

This smaller zoo is nice if you're not gonna travel very far out of your way and don't want to spend a whole day running around a larger zoo. It's especially nice for younger children because there's a water pad included in the zoo and ziplines (for an extra cost) at the beginning as well as picnic tables. There aren't... More

Expensive for what is available. I am sure with children might be entertaining. I felt badly for the animals. The extremely small enclosures all the animals are kept in seems cruel and unhealthy.

The zoo is such fun with the kids. Birthday party was fun and easy for my daughter-in-law. The face painter was a big hit. The splash park is awesome and the train ride fun too.

Went with Grandparents, parents and two kids near 10 years old. Zoo is overpriced for what you get- cost near $20 per adult. Can walk through Zoo in about 1.5 hours. Many of the exhibits look old and many were run down . Zoo has many extra items which cost more. I believed they have extra events to make up... More

zoo is not very large, took our family of 6 roughly 3 hours to see all the exhibits but the zoo was not busy due to overcast weather and occasional rain shower. they have animals we don't get a chance to se in zoos around Michigan. I would like to send my extreme gratitude to Mr. Kramer (the manager of... More

Nice zoo, but nothing to write home about next to a lot of other zoo's. The reason being, that this is quite a small zoo. All of the Dipi'n Dots ice cream were closed, all of the soda vending machines were out of order; so I suggest that you bring some water to drink. the exhibits were nice and clean,... More

Probably it's vey exciting for children, because there is a mini waterpart for them, they can feed giraffe and animals. But for adults, we didn find it to mch entertaining, the botanical part is beautiful, but the zoo isnt too big - although, partly it was closed because we were there in february - and what I really did not...
