We stay at Suntide on Ben Franklin drive, so the circle is a pleasant walk away. Some of the shops and restaurants are a little pretentious, but if you look you will find something for all. The easy going atmosphere is very welcome.

Located on beautiful Lido Key, "the Circle" is chock-full of enticing shops and dining opportunities. Everything from clothing, high-end to tee shirts, and jewelry, from trinkets to gorgeous gems, awaits your perusal. Accents for the home entice. Dining options are varied as well, some thing for every palate. The "hub" of the circle is a lovely green area, offering a... More

Not a good place to be unless you have "deep pockets". The traffic is horrible and everything is VERY overpriced. Just drive through and say you've done it.

Great place to visit, tons of shops,, restaurants and Ice Cream Parlors. Walk around and visit the many stores plus sample the local foods and I have to mention the Ice Cream Parlors are fantastic.

Today while my husband was having service done on his car in Sarasota , I went shopping at St. Armand's Circle and must say it was so much fun. There are so many wonderful stores and restaurants and all the sales clerk I dealt with was super helpful and accommodating which made for a very enjoyable day. Yes things can... More

A lot of fun shops, but be prepared to pay. Lots of outdoor dining mixed among the shops. There is a "souvenir shop" for those of us looking for souvenirs!

Have visited St. Armand's Circle for the last three Christmas holidays. Beautiful time of year to visit and shop. So many great shops and restaurants. Tommy Bahamas restaurant is my favorite. The food is excellent! So festive and lively in St. Armand's. would highly recommend.

St Armand circle is a great place to shop and dine. A lot of small local shops and very interesting items. Dining is some of the best in Sarasota.

We enjoyed browsing the upscale shops and picking out restaurants because our hotel was in this vicinity. Note how the area is divided in quadrants which makes it attractive to walk around. We ate at the Venezia which was good but friends told us that Ristorante Le Colonne was better. If you like pancakes the ones at the Blue Dolphin... More

Lots going on at night with open air restaurants and street people playing guitars. Lots of fun! Great location to have dinner and then take a walk afterwards for and drink or some coffee
