This is a small but interesting garden in the middle of the city. What makes it interesting is how tightly packed everything is and how the whole garden is in a sinkhole.

Love coming here and seeing the pink flamingos and parrots. I was quite surprised that you walk WITH the flamingos! And feed them too. Don't be surprised if you have a big pink head reaching over your shoulder to see what you have in your hands.

I enjoyed the visit and felt the price was reasonable. Seeing the beautiful grounds, brought back so many memories of past days when the beauty of Florida was cherished. Today, all we see is Amusement Parks!! The birds and flowers were beautiful! I can't wait to see the garden decorated for Christmas!!

Jungle Gardens looks like 1970 - I loved walking around and seeing the wildlife, but felt I was in a time warp - fun to see for a 2 hour excursions!

Response, Thanks for the review. We are often called an “Old Florida Attraction.” We have been open to the public since the mid-1930s. It’s great to hear you enjoyed walking around our jungle trails and seeing the animals. More

This was a cool place to take the family when they came in from out of town. I had never been here before but it sounded like a good time. Indeed, it was a good time. Among all the animals that were there and neat to see, I have never seen flamingos so close and my 6 year old daughter... More

Beautiful gardens, awesome little pool full of alligators, a GIANT American Croc that is so big it looks like a sculpture. The bird show and lizard show is nice however they really need to invest in a decent PA system, the one they have is blown or something and it's hard to hear the trainers. The flamingos are an awesome... More

It is a nice park worth the admission. You can spend the better part of a day there. The shows are bare minimum. The tropical vegetation is wonderful. The food is typically high priced but no more than any other attraction. $5+ for 1 slice of pizza. It was clean and the staff was very nice. I recommend it. Parking... More

Fun way to break up the day. Family of 5 (mom, dad, 3 kids between 4-10). Visited for a 2 hours. Just about enough time. Nice break from beach. Pros: clean facility, ample parking, reasonable rates, photo opportunity with birds/exotic animals. Fun, albeit slightly corny, animal shows. Friendly and courteous staff. Cons: not much. some spots feel a little 'tired'
