I didn't want to look back and say, "wish we'd seen the upper parts" so we took both the Mable and John tours. It was nice to see how they lived and learn so much about them. The game room and the bedrooms are interesting....More

Other 2 tours go to other floors. What a mansion, equal to Newport RH. Excellent venue to see . Luckily they allow photos during holiday because of the Christmas Decorations.

Ca d'Zan mansion and Ringling museums are the perfect place to spend a day in Sarasota if its too chilly for the beach. We get the pass that includes the mansion and both the circus and art museums. You can definitely spend a day here.

Though you need to schedule these in advance, it is well worth doing both docent led tours. John Ringling, once one of the wealthiest men in the U.S., built this winter residence in 1924 for he and his wife, Mable. The house cost $1.5 million,...More

I suggest doing both tours. We did the Mable tour because the John tour was sold out. The tour of the home is incredible. The home is well maintained and still beautiful.
