The grounds are beautiful, the displays are well done and in appreciation for what so many have done to make this country free. I teared more than once while viewing the cemetery. The cemetery is located just off 175, exit 205 in Sarasota, FL.

People visiting the area should make third effort to visit the National Cemetery. It's a bit of a ways east on Rte. 72 (Clark Road) but you will appreciate the beauty and serenity of the cemetery.

Visited to attend a Veterans Day service by theCatholic Diocese of Sarasota. A beautiful ceremony in the open pavilion that is so dignified and appropriate for this day of remembrance.

Thank you for stating what this cemetery is for. Attraction is not one of the words that I would subscribe to this hallowed ground.
