You can zip through it in 15 minutes by car but don't. Pack food and beverage and stop at the many spots on the loop and take time to breathe and enjoy how Florida used to be. A fav place.

Highlands Hammock State Park is a very beautiful park to drive through... walk through... bicycle through... so peaceful and serene. My favourite place to hang out and have fun on a photo shoot... ❤️ the Hammock ~

Walking Highlands Hammock is so relaxing. The scenery is lush and primordial. You can hear and sometimes see pigs, alligators, snakes, deer, and many different birds. I highly recommend going to see this wonderful park.

We drove around the park and walked the boardwalk trials. Great views of what the interior of Florida looked like before it was changed by agriculture and developments. Saw gators, birds and an armadillo.

Great local start park. Beautiful trails to walk, and lush surroundings. You can even see an alligator or two basking in the sun.

If your are concerned about snakes, take the trolley tour. You will see plenty of the park from a safe distance. You have to get there early in the morning to buy the trolley passes for each day. Check on when the tickets go... More

We were in a friends motor home that's well over 25 feet. Its around 35 feet. It was a fun place to stay for a few days. I'd call them just I case to be sure they have a lot available that youll fit it.
