Hammock Inn Restaurant is located inside Highlands Hammock State Park. It is known for it's tasty homemade food, friendly staff and Wild Orange Ice Cream & Pie. It features an "All You Can Eat Fish" Fish Fry every Friday night from 5-8pm. No entrance fee is charged for just a restaurant visit-Based on the honor System. Worth the trip!

We didn't care much for the campground itself as there is no sense of being in nature or privacy. But the bike trails, the oak trees, and ranger-led tram ride were excellent.

Great park for walking and photographs. Cat walk is closed due to damage. Hope they open it soon. Tram ride is also nice.

It was a pretty area. The tram ride was nice we saw lots of alligators and turtles. It was a nice afternoon trip.

Many trails- all flat and easy, the marshy, a few have boardwalks but most do not. Tip: take the tram (tickets extra and are bought in the store on store). Runs at 1 every day. Tip: stop in the CCC Museum across from the store...More

If your are concerned about snakes, take the trolley tour. You will see plenty of the park from a safe distance. You have to get there early in the morning to buy the trolley passes for each day. Check on when the tickets go... More

We were in a friends motor home that's well over 25 feet. Its around 35 feet. It was a fun place to stay for a few days. I'd call them just I case to be sure they have a lot available that youll fit it.
