Lovely place to visit and wander the grounds. There's a separate building that's perfect for a retreat, business meeting, or even a reception. Not sure if they do weddings but it would be ideal.

A very historic old plantation in the middle of Tallahassee. It is a lovely tour. Some months there is a cafe on the grounds. Worth checking out.

The Goodwood Museum and Gardens have immaculately maintained grounds which reflect an old plantation style. Large, thriving oaks draped with moss are scattered throughout the property. Attractive inside and out.

An absolute must when in Tallahasse. A beautiful architecture within pretty gardens. The house tour is worth every penny. The ladies are so lovely and know almost everyhing about the history of the place and its inhabitants. Big thumbs up!

Forget the gardens, this is just a mansion. It is mostly run by volunteers and it's not perfect at all. This just adds to the fascination we felt. It is very authentic and we felt like on a journey back in time. Thanks to our...More

We go here mainly for fundraisers in their barn-like conference/reception area. Always a nice time - and beautifully-maintained property.

The mansion and grounds are very well kept. The tour was very interesting and informative. The mansion has an amazing collection of books, antiques, furniture, housewares, and clothing amassed from the prior owners of the plantation. A large carriage house is available for events. We...More

Visited Goodwood Plantation with a couple of friends. The estate has several buildings perfectly restored. There is the Mansion, centrally located and surrounded by gardens, as well as the Irish maids' quarters, water tower, tennis court, swimming pool and stable. Don't miss the Mansion tour...More

They were doing a photoshoot of a sorority the day we were there. I would say they are allowed. I don't know if they charge a fee or not.
