What a cool neighborhood and park. Brick streets and buildings were beautiful. Had lunch at the Tampa Bay Brewery which was fantastic. A good place to visit while in Tampa.

Historic Ybor in Downtown Tampa is the place to go on a Friday night. The atmosphere reminds me of New Orleans with its 19th century buildings and hard party scene.

It had been several years since I had visited Ybor City. I had some time while in town on business and I'm so glad I went. There is so much history, great shops and great food!

A Saturday visit yielded great meal, great dessert, and a great experience watching the locals make cigars. I am not sure this would be family friendly at night.

If it’s a regular style restaurant you can’t smoke inside but if they have seating outside you can. And if it’s a bar that serves bar type food then you can smoke inside. Most places other than restaurants are smoker friendly More

I have seen dogs on leashes but I would call the Florida Convention Center or Pirate Bay River Taxi. Someone there will be able to better assist you on rules and regulations. It's beautiful, enjoy!
