Attended an event here (Rehearsal Dinner). Fabulous location. Great catering by Columbia Cafe. Fun to be able to see the exhibits for a while at the beginning of the party. Lovely outside deck and spacious inside. Very attractive bar area. Great venue for any event.

YEs, it is required in Florida.
