Recommend visiting this beach if in the area. Quite unique from the typical beaches. Yes a bit rocky so have to take caution when walking and swimming but definitely a nice change of scenery.

This is really the best beach to visit in all of Florida. Secluded, natural beach with amazing trails to hike. Because of this awesome seclusion it draws many a dude in a thong and that's if you're lucky. Sting operations are set up to catch these guys. Really ruins the nicest beach in all of Florida

Visually of 4 beaches we visited in FL this trip, this beach was reminiscent of something I've seen on an island vacation with a Point Loma in CA flare to it. It was picturesque with many palm trees, hills, nice views as you approach parking etc. Restrooms were better marked than Siesta (never did see those), parking was pretty easy... More

This is a beach park with limited attractions. The park is large and some walking or hiking is needed to find the perfect beach. The beach goes on for many miles but much of it has rocky places near the parking areas. To find the bigger and wider beaches, one needs to hike for a good distance along the beach... More

A nice beach. It would be better if there was a little more beach in some parts and if there were lifeguards.

Great place to hunt for shark's teeth. Beautiful beach with some natural rocks. Good parking and picnic areas. Usually secluded and not overcrowded.

I visited Caspersen Beach while on a bike ride around Venice Island. It is a beautiful spot with a reasonable amount of parking. The beach stretches down onto a barrier island and is the southernmost tip of Venice Island. There are some brackish waterways just away from the beach itself where people fish and kayak. It is very scenic and... More

Best beach I have been to. Very natural no touristy junk shops. Love finding shark teeth. If you love the natural beaches with no frills this is the place!

This is the sharks tooth beach. Once you find the first one you will spend your whole afternoon looking for more. It is addictive. Great fun for the whole family.

We walked along the beach and looked for shells. Several other folks were there with their scooper to find sharks teeth and fossils and shells out in the water. Has boardwalk to walk to the beach or take pictures. Beach not as refined as Siesta beach, more natural.
