I love visiting zoos and when I moved to FL this was my first stop. I fell in love with this zoo because of its perfect size and beautiful exhibits. You could tell the keepers loved their animals and took proper care of them.

This lush green zoo is located in the western section of West Palm Beach, not too far from the Palm Beach International Airport. Great walking areas for small kids, strollers, etc. Big game animals, monkeys, reptiles and more! There are special shows throughout the day as well.

Went there for Springbreak 2016 with my kids. They have lots of different kind of animals. Restaurant was not expensive on site and food was good.

Palm Beach Zoo is a small zoo, some 550 animals, so its not Miami Zoo but my granddaughters like it. Sharon the ocelot is 23, the oldest cat there. A lot of the animals were injuried or are rescue animals.Nabalam, an matriarch jagular is 22. The animal care staff does a good job.

Thank you 387indy for not only taking the time to leave a review but giving a shoutout to our senior animals (by name!) - so awesome. It really is a testament to the excellent care given by our animal care team. Hope you visit again soon! More

I normally do not go to zoos as I dont like seeing caged animals BUT, many of these animals have been injured and would not survive in the wild. Abandoned 2yr old baby bears, Bald Eagles that had been shot and Albino crocodile. The area that they were living on was remarkable, it felt like we were walking through another... More

We have been visiting Palm Beach Zoo for 30+ years. While not San Diego experience; nevertheless, an excellent zoo. The folks of the Palm Beaches are to be congratulated for funding this valuable community resource.

The palm beach zoo is a nice zoo for small children and adults. THey have a merry go round, large splash pad very popular with the kids, and several paths leading to their collection of animals. THere is a Mayan temple themed area with the cats that I like a lot. The areas are shaded so accessible even when hot.... More

This place is just awesome. Great for young kids as it's not too big. The layout is great, landscaping is awesome, service is friendly, and of course, the animals are awesome. My 3 year old loves it!

We spent about four hours going through this zoo. There are many animals from multiple continents. I guess I enjoyed Florida type animals best. Don't be afraid to eat at the zoo in there fantastic café. The food is reasonably priced and quite good. There is a smaller area to get hotdogs hamburgers and such. This zoo is more of... More

The Palm Beach Zoo is a wonderful place to spend time. The animals are well cared for in clean and appropriate habitats. There is a great variety of animals and the habitats are laid out in such a way that even when it's crowded you can get a good view of the animals. There are on-going talks and events. While...
