I had visited about 13 years ago and was unimpressed. However, it seemed better this time, perhaps larger. Structural changes made in 2011 are impressive. It is inferior to the excellent botanical gardens in Naples, Fl. What made the visit very worthwhile are the 8...More

I was visiting my sister in Florida and we visited the Garden. My sister was there before and there was only a donation. We were surprised at a $15 charge. The Garden needed some updating as there were a lot of plants and herbs that...More

We very much enjoyed all three aspects of our visit last week to Mounts: the beautiful tropical gardens, the amazing sculptures fashioned from ocean trash, and the private and commercial jets whizzing in low over our heads to the airport across the road (my husband...More

Definitely a "must see" for $15.00 per person, as there are several amazing nautical sculptures created from collected ocean trash! Mounts Botanical Garden is lovely even when there is not this spectacular exhibit happening (12/2/2017 thru 6/3/2018). The meandering walkways and paths through various horticulture...More

Across the highway from the airport and on one of the busiest local highways in the area, this long established botanical garden survives. There was a huge variety of tropical greenery and we especially enjoyed the large selection of palms for the plantings as well...More

In a place of artificiality, we found this oasis of nature and people and art. We spent a lovely morning walking through the gardens and enjoying the amazing art -- sea creatures made from garbage found in the ocean. Don't pollute!

I loved it. Very beautiful.. majestic. What I liked most is they took plastic stuff and recycled them into artwork and placed them all over the garden. The initiative itself is very nice and the artwork is also very beautiful.

We spent Sunday morning, first ones there, touring this hidden under-stated garden gem. The property is jammed packed with so many wonderful, colorful and extraordinary plantings. We lucked out also, since the "Washed Ashore" exhibit was on display. Fascinating and heartbreaking all at once. If...More
