We were there for the wonderful dinosaur exhibit that showcased the life-size ferocity and form of these fascinating creatures. Kids loved it as dinosaurs roared, dipped their heads, opened their jaws and moved their legs. But their permanent exhibits were also captivating. A tornado chamber was mild compared to the hurricane one where you could experience gale force winds from... More

I had my wedding at the science center and aquarium. It was the best decision I could have made. It is a wonderful experience for everyone 2 to 92. They have a great dinosaur exhibit taking place until April that was the greatest backdrop for our reception. It has a lovely mix of aquarium and science discovery activities that are... More

This is a first class zoo. Set up very nicely with interesting animals and themes. Also has a science center and park.

Thank you for the great review! We love sharing Dreher Park with the Zoo. For future readers, please keep in mind that the Science Center is a separate experience from the Zoo, but in walking distance! More

This smallish museum is great for kids. The mechanized dinosaur exhibit and aquarium are a must see. There are also many features that the kids can get their hands on and learn while having some fun. The cost might be a deterrent for some, as it's not cheap. Our party of six adults and five children was over $160.

Went to the South Florida Science Center and Aquarium on our visit to West Palm Beach over the holidays and went on new years eve with my 3.5 and 5 year old boys. We got there in time for the Noon Years Eve party and there was lots of crafts for the kids. We played a round of simple mini-golf... More

Don't expect to spend a few hours there; it's just not that big. However it is packed with very educational, hands on exhibits that are fun and varied. At the moment, there's a cool dinosaur exhibit being displayed. The dino's are life like , mechanical 'actual size' robots programmed to move in realistic ways. Any kids into dino's will probably... I guess, even if you don't have children yet, it still will be very interesting attraction for any age. I really enjoyed hands-on science exhibit, where you are challenged to solve several problems. Still we had no clue in some of them!!! Was a lot of fun. I really liked the tornado and hurricane makers)))) There are also several tanks... More

This small but fun museum has fish and other aquatic creatures, dinosaur bones, and other things that kids will love seeing and touching! There's a wind tunnel to stand in to see how hurricane force winds feel and other hands-on activities. Loved it!

Tiny. Whole walk through was 5 min. At best. I feel it was highly over priced for what is inside. Waste of time and $$$. We all left feeling robbed

This is a cute location. It is more science center than aquarium. I think I see more fish at the petsmart. The visiting dinosaur exhibit was very neat to see animated dinosaurs. Very educational. But, the exhibits are limited at best unless you want your child to play dress up. While the exhibits are all educational, they seem best suited... More
