This is an interesting little museum. Lots of wonderful exhibits from maps of the old railroad systems, pictures of trains over the years, memorabilia of stations, tracks, trains, etc plus so much more. Young man in charge on the day I was there was so pleased to share information and chat knowledgeably about the subject. An enthusiasts dream, but also... More

This is one of the best history museums I have ever been to - it covered all aspects of Winter Garden's history in a way that was informative and interesting to people of all ages.

The museum contains three rooms of exhibits and artifacts. It's located on the main thoroughfare and is walking distance to area restaurants and shops. Nice place to stop by when you're in the area.

The lady gave us an individual tour of the old desks, cash register, plowing equipment, post offices supplies and much more from way back Wintergarden. Very friendly, free, worth the visit

The museum is still a work in progress. A nice facility with a good depiction of the town and area 's history. Super nice staff. I am confident the museum will only get better as they continue to develop it.

This place is great for children to learn all about trains and the volunteers love to speak to them about it. They are great with kids and keep them entertained. They had a little area upstairs that the kids can play with toy trains themselves. Is you are in the area check it out.

We visited the farmers market on a Saturday morning and then took a stroll. We went to see the fire truck and snap a few picture when I bumped into the museum. It a great spot to learn the history of Central Florida.

We stopped in for about a 1/2 hour. Nice history of Winter Garden. Lady at the desk was very knowledgeable and talkative. Cool caboose out front.

We arrived in Winter garden on the day of their Christmas parade. I was desperately looking for a rest room and went into the museum. it was being used for a function but the delightful lady on the desk welcomed me and had a chat and allowed me to use their excellent facilities.

The bright yellow caboose out front has been getting my attention for years when riding the West Orange Trail through downtown Winter Garden. This time I parked the bike and went inside to see the museum. Admission is free (but donations gladly accepted) and the air conditioning felt great. They have a lot of displays of the local history crammed... More
