Set on the Rollins College campus overlooking beautiful Lake Virginia, the Cornell Fine Arts Museum offers an intimate and unique experience in Winter Park. Among the more than 5,000 works ranging from antiquity to contemporary, we hold the only European Old Masters collection in the Orlando area, a sizable American art collection, and the forward-looking Alfond Collection of Contemporary Art, shown both at the museum and at The Alfond Inn a few blocks from campus.

As an educational unit of Rollins College, we are a museum dedicated to teaching through and with art. We strive to engage visitors of all ages with our collection – displayed thematically in “Conversations” among centuries, styles and media - and to share our innovative exhibitions, which change seasonally and feature art for all tastes, from the early Renaissance to cutting-edge contemporary. Educational programs, offered free of charge, include gallery talks (both at the museum and at The Alfond Inn), lectures, panel discussions, films, as well as hands-on art activities, special tours, and scavenger hunts for the younger visitors.

Da wife and I strolled over when we were staying at the Alfond Inn (about 1 block away. Interesting thing... the profits from the Alfond go to scholorships for Rollins students.). Beautiful campus but wanted to post to folks that it isn't open on Mondays.

Hello. We're so sorry you were not able to come in to the museum on Monday, which is the one day of the week we are closed to public viewing. However, we do hope you enjoyed the Cornell's Alfond Collection of Contemporary Art pieces on view at The Alfond Inn. The Alfond Inn at Rollins does indeed support scholarships for... More

We new yorkers take a lot of pride on our knowledge of the arts and crafts period, art noveau, art deco and the alike. This museum has the biggest louis v. Tiffany I 've ever seen. It's a splendid treat. Tour around winter park and you’ll fell like you're back in new York

If your in Winter Park, be certain to stop by the Cornell Fine Arts Museum at Rollins College. The current exhibit was dedicated to the Black Art History and is very well presented and informative. The museum is not large, however the gallery's are exceptional. The setting inside the campus is beautiful.

Did not know what to expect, other than it was a museum in Winter Park on Rollins College campus. Usually it is almost impossible to park on college campuses without a student/faculty sticker, so with some trepidation sought out a space - only to find out that there are a number of special parking places, right beside the museum, for... I visited here because I was driven out of the Orlando Museum of Art for reasons given in my review of it. What a contrast! The setting is idyllic, on the beautiful Rollins campus by a really scenic lake. The building feels welcoming and the front desk was not only polite but extremely welcoming. They have a very clever selection... More

The CFA Museum is a good lazy day kind of activity. The museum, located on the campus of Rollins College, is quite small - it's permanent collection is roughly two rooms, but has had some really interesting collections. Though the permanent collection tends to be more traditional fine art, we have seen a number of fun contemporary shows here, as... More

Awesome little museum on Rollins campus. Great collection, but pocket watch keys were a standout. Amazing tiny works of art.

This museum on the banks of the lake has a beautiful setting and had a special exhibit on Italian renaissance painting from Naples and British/American painters. Free admission.
