Central Park Winter Park style is a long way from Central Park in Manhattan. However, it's a treasure in its own way - a focus for the town and community activities. You can watch it all from a good selection of restaurants along Park Avenue.

The park offers seating areas along it’s paths. People have plenty of space to play frisbee. There is very little set up for children to do. It is very nice spot to get away from all the people shopping. It had nice holiday decorations.

My cousin and I walked through part of Winter Park's lovely Central Park. It is a lovely green space near a large assortment of shops and restaurants. The Sunrail train station is also in the area reducing the need to drive here. There was some...More

I had a wonderful time at the 2018 Oktober Fiesta that was given by Never Stand Alone Organization. It was really interesting having a Latin Band and German band in one event. I loved the air conditioned outdoor bathrooms and set up of the place....More

Beautifully kept urban park surrounded by small stores and restaurants, with a quaint train station opposite with access to Amtrak and the Sunrail. There are a lot of community events, but my favorite are the movies on the lawn and the Christmas tree lighting.

This is a very nice large area to rest / play. There's a lot of variety of places to eat along Park AV. Along with many shops. This kinda a gem of Winter Park area.

There is a Parking Garage behind the Panera Bread. It is owned by the Morse Museum & Art Gallery across the street. Which is worth a look by the way.

I don't know about movies and directions (others have answered), but I have a piece of advice on Winter Park. Take a walk through Rollins College, to see Lake Virginia. It's not far from the center of town and well worth it.
