Faros itself is a lovely little bay with 3 nice beaches. There are some basic facilities for shopping and some tavernas where you can eat some traditional Greek food. I found that the beachside tavernas were great if you have small children

Nice little beach with good fish tavernas, and shaded by a few pine trees. Bring your own chair and umbrella as none for hire.

The only shade is a tree near some bins, this area is used by boats fir fishing so the sea is not so clean. There are better beaches than this in Sifnos.

The Faros beach is a very graphic, romantic, warm place. The beach is usually very calm. The ea is very clean and a visitor can combine , swimming and good food.

It's one of the most relaxing, calm beaches on Samos. Every year I come back and especially like the restaurant at this beach. Amazing friendly service.

Very nice place for a cool swim. Go right - past the Church - to the far side. It is a small beach but you may be able to find some shade. The water and setting are wonderful.
