The largest privately-owned O-guage Train display: 14 trains travel over a mile of track in a 4,000 sq ft layout that is a fantasy journey in Southern Apalachia mountains. Absolutely unbelievable!

It's been several years since I've been here but it is definitely an unforgettable place. It's just amazing all the time and detail put into the scenery and trains. Definitely worth a visit and will go back again. Really cool!

According to information on the web and the museum website, the museum is open several afternoons per week. Site specifically said it would be open Sat, 7/2. Went there at least 15 min before scheduled time, no cars visible. A hand-printed sign on the door...More

We were awed by the model railroads attention to detail in showing historical buildings and sites of Georgia. Great experience for the whole family. The kids were even impressed!
