Good Venue, no bad seats.

Convenient parking. Good restaurants nearby. Acoustics and seating were good. Refreshments and facilities were fine. What's not to like?

We came here to see the Banks and Shane Christmas program. Overall it is a fun, intimate venue. Every seat is a good seat. The sound is also very good. Banks and Shane had some guest performers such as the string quartet from a local high school and a variety if guest female singers. They sang historical carols such as... More

My husband and I attended a matinee of The Rat Pack Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The venue was comfortable and very amenable to small audiences. The staff were graciously welcoming and I felt very much like a guest in their home. The production was well done and an excellent tribute to Sinatra, Martin and Sammy Davis, Jr. We will... More

Nice small theatre, intimate setting for concert. First time there. Parking is free, but very limited handicapped parking downtown. The concert was on Friday night and the food trucks were there along with lots going on at Duluth Green across the street. Yes, the train went by several times, but Chloe took it in stride. Would definitely go back.

We loved the show and was excited to find out that there was no bad seat in the theater. Small theater, but it does not take away from the magic of the show. They had drinks for adults and for kids with light snacks. We would come here again for a show.

We enjoyed Chloe Agnew in concert at the Red Clay Theatre. We were in the 5th row, center, up close and almost personal. The place was almost full. Seats are little tight for my "wide body," but not uncomfortable. Acoustics were great. Eddie Owen was very personable in setting up the pre-concert meet and greet and in his introduction. The... We went to see Banks & Shane. We were 4 rows back with the last seats in the theater being no more than 25 rows. Now, we love Banks & Shane but they sounded particularly good so the theater acoustics are excellent. I'm guessing that theater doesn't hold more than 1000 to 1200 people when full. So, everyone gets a... More

Great acoustics. Nice location. It's obvious that Eddie Owen took the best of Eddie's Attic (emphasis on music) and added more seating, a flexible layout and a suburban location. If someone you want to hear is playing there, you won't be disappointed!

We took my parents to see the Rat Pack tribute group's matinée show on Mother's day. Great seats in 3rd row center. The show was very good and the facility was comfortable and easy to navigate. Only recommendation to Eddie and the management - keep your audience in mind, as the sound volume was a bit too much for comfort... More

I found this to be good value. Great for a relatively inexpensive date night. Its general admission and we got their early and got front and center. We also went on one of the night where they had the talent judging so we got to hear a variety of artist perform.
