Bucolic and fresh. The farmers market rejuvenated me in ways much needed nowadays. Family friendly and extremely artsy. Like a rustic Brooklyn. If you're in the area be sure to stop by.

Friendly vendors sell fresh eggs, vegetables, flowers and baked goods. The gourmet duck eggs are awesome!

Nice, local farmers market with beautiful produce. OPEN: Saturdays from 8am-12pm April 30-October 1 We were there in Mid August, 2016 and it was a hot day. There were very few vendors when were there but they had beautiful produce, jams, jellies, arts & crafts. I expect that there are more vendors and attendees during the tourist season. This would be a great place to buy farm fresh, homemade produce, etc. It is right next door to the Gilmer County Court House, just off the traffic circle. There is plenty of parking courtesy of the First Baptist Church who invite visitors to park in their lot. It's also close to several good restaurants, shops, antique stores, coffee shops and more. Many of the places are pet friendly and you'll see water bowls for you dog in front of several businesses.
