Tables and tables of apples to choose from at the Reece Apple House! They also had fresh fall veggies to pick and great prices. There are fried pies! Yep, all flavors. Apple cider doughnuts. More jellies, jams and salsas than you can shake a stick...More

We visited this orchard two years ago & found a great apple variety called Gold Rush. It's a very versatile apple, good for eating raw or cooked. Of all the apples purchased, this was our favorite but we couldn't find it anywhere else. So when...More

Unfortunately some of the "houses" are very touristy and the help does not really help. NOT HERE the people are glad to see you stop by and offer to assist you in any way. They even will load your car or truck! Also they have...More

We had a great time, but my son mentioned he was upset about how you treat your pigs during the pig race. I have to agree with him. Having the adults try to catch them is just a bad idea. One man did, tackled the...More

We went to B.J. Reece Orchards this past Friday and we are having mixed emotions about it! My children were extremely excited to pick their own apples, something my eleven year old has wanted to do since she was five. After what we thought was...More

We love coming to this orchard! It is in my opinion the best one to visit if your time is limited. The large indoor market has a great selection of fresh vegetables, baked goods, jams and canned products and of course apples! 🍎🍏. Their fried...More

This was my first time here, and my first time picking apples. The first thing I'll suggest is to start earlier, we got there at 2 and simply ran out of time. My 2 year old loved picking the apples. The 2 orchards are quite...More

My husband and I took our 15 month old daughter apple picking on a Monday afternoon. It was a beautiful day and not very crowded at all! The prices in the store were fantastic and I highly suggest an Apple Cider Slushie! Make the trip...More

No, they are not cheaper. When the public is allowed into the orchard to pick their own, there is more waste than if we pick them. You are paying for your apples, but also for a unique experience. Hope this helps!
