We have passed the sign on the interstate a few times and decided to break up a ten hour drive with a stop over. It was great. While Laurel and Hardy were well before my time, and not as popular as another well known duo, it was great to see how the town had come together to celebrate a son.... More

The Museum was really interesting. It told all about Laurel & Hardy and where they are from. The lady working there was full of great information! We got to watch film. They even have some props for you to wear and then take a picture with an old car. It was a lot of fun. Great attraction to visit!

Located in the middle of small town Harlem, Ga. this little Museum of laurel and Hardy is a wonderful fine.. There are all kinds of memorabilia from both Laurel and Hardy, it is layed back easy to fine on main street just across from the Regions Bank. I recommend stopping by and having a look...Each year the first week in... More

We were in Augusta for the day and decided to detour to Harlem to see this museum. Even though their website shows them to be open on Wednesdays, they were closed. I don't know about the museum, but they certainly need to update their website!

My brother and I with my dad loved laurel and hardy. It was always clean fun laughs. No swear words no cussing... the two of them were funny. Loved when they did dual roles as each others spouses. Museum ran short movies all day and saw some I missed. But bought some dvds. Lots of collectibles, posters, toys, pictures, and memoribilia.... More

A collection of memorabilia and movies. The curator was very nice. My friend, a big fan, was very disappointed. I had no expectations

We have always wanted to stop and see this museum, so we went by on our way to the Outer Banks of North Carolina. The gentleman who was there was extremely nice. He told us stories, and we enjoyed talking to him. The museum itself is more of a collection of Laurel and Hardy collectibles than what I would consider... More

This is a pretty small museum, but given there are only three such museums in the world showcasing this subject, I have to give them credit! I mostly stuck my head in, not because I am a fan of theirs... not really sure I've seen any of their films. I knew their names and I wanted to see if this... More

I wouldn't call myself a huge fan of Laurel & Hardy. I've seen a handful of their films and like them well enough. Since I was staying nearby it certainly seemed like worth a trip, even if just to kill some time. I didn't expect much. But I'll tell you I really enjoyed looking at the collection. It was pretty...
