We visited after Thanksgiving and I loved the decorations. Each area had a different theme for example there was an Ice Kingdom where we got our photo taken with Jack frost and an Ice Princess, there was also the North Pole and several other areas. Lots of folks dressed up as elves, toy soldiers and so forth. Highly recommend.

We took a day trip to Lookout Mountain in early November. While there we also saw Ruby Falls and did the Incline Railway. There is a place on the website to order all 3 activities tickets as a package and for a cheaper price. The Gardens were lots of fun and put together in such an organized manor. Their are... More

We visited Rock City with our family of five, including my 8 year old Granddaughter. The adults had a very good time exploring the foliage and caverns as well as the scenic overlook. Fairyland caverns were a hit with the little one. Overall a good attraction for the entire family at a reasonable price.

Great views, you follow paths through the "garden" which is great because you get to see everything and most of the time your all going in the same direction. Some art pieces mixed in. Lots of nooks, bridges, tunnels. Fairytale land is interesting, amazing what people do with their wealth.

Beautiful place for the family and also to take pictures. Make sure to buy the combo for 50 dollars so you get to see the Rock City, the Ruby Waterfall, and incline Railway!!! Also try to do it early in the morning so u can have time to do all 3 things in one day!

This was a great attraction. Lots of walking but I enjoyed walking through the the different shapes with moss and lichen. It was a wonderful few hours looking out across the beautiful valley.

This is a Griswold type excursion. You have to take the children at least once while traveling up or down I-75. It is not cheap though.

We're annual pass holders, so we go a lot. This event gets better every year. The displays are always beautiful, and the staff is always friendly. The changes this year, with arranging it into four different areas that could be toured separately did a great job of dealing with my only previous gripe about this event, the crowds. The new... Went here on a Thursday night with all my kids, nieces, and close family and it was an ok time. I have been before and therefore new to what to expect with respect to the lights. They were gorgeous and my family enjoyed them lighting up the sky. The scenery down in the valley is also something special to see.... More

I've been to Rock City numerous times and never got to see the lights. Decided to take my son and it was amazing. Such a wonderful experience. I recommend this experience. Great place!!
