The displays, the airplanes, the stories, the presentations, really gives you a small glimpse of what that brave generation went through. Truly humbling and moving. Well worth it.

We have seen the museum several times as we travelled on I-95 between NC and FL. We finally decided to stop. Very glad that we did. Well presented exhibitions. And several that highlight people rather than just airplanes.

We stumbled across this museum looking for places to visit close by in Pooler. Very knowledgeable volunteers, and plenty of artefacts from WWII and beyond. The B17 Flying Fortress was my favourite, and was impressive to take in. Highly recommended.

The only sign we saw for dogs were service dogs for the blind. Did not see any signs for emotional support animals and we did not see any on the premises.
