This is not your ordinary golf course & driving range. Located in Sandy Springs on Morgan Falls Road, Steel Canyon (formerly known as Blue Heron) is a really fun, yet different, 18 hole, par 61 executive golf course. We recently planted all new greens and renovated much of the golf course so it is looking pretty spiffy. In fact, it is better than ever. It also has one awesome lighted practice facility where you can enjoy great grass, practice putting and chipping green, and new range balls. Add great PGA instruction and golf camps and you have the perfect place to master the game.

Steel Canyon is a well-maintained, reasonably-priced executive par 3 course located near Morgan Falls in Sandy Springs. There is a very nice, large driving range (both covered and uncovered) with grass and mat tees. There is a small practice putting green as well. The clubhouse...More

I'm sorry you had a poor experience. I am the new owner, and I purchased the golf course in July (after you came), so I can't speak directly to your experience, but I do know that Footgolf was new to the golf course at the...More

This course will be a disappointment if you expect to play a "NORMAL" course. Its mainly par 3' with some par 4's...There may be one par five...not sure..The course is quirky at best...But there are a few nice holes. Its probably better for beginner golfers...More

Thank you for your review. You are correct, we have one par five and five par 4's, but we are not a boring "pitch and putt" - we even have one par three that plays almost 220 yards from the tips! We are good for...More

Goose droppings and mud everywhere and very rude customers that Rush you.... I actually got into a verbal altercation out there with one of their ex employees and tournament players.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience. The course recently changed ownership so we'd like to invite back you out and hope that your experience is better next time.

Very nice par 61 course. Greens are very good, as are most fairways. Great for practicing your short game and only taking about three hours for 18 holes.Driving range was damaged some during storms a few weeks ago, but is being repaired.

I have played the really expensive golf courses and enjoy them. This is not a really expensive golf course. During the summer I was paying $12 for 18 holes. I really like this golf course for what it is. Their greens are actually really nice....More
