We spend the afternoon, did the skyline, the trails, the wooden bridge, the quartz exhibition and walk around the edge of the top of the mountain. Bring comfortable shoes and lots of sunscreen!!!

It doesn't seem like much in photographs, but it's quite impressive in person. The size and the context of the surroundings surprised me. It's not the campy thing I was expecting but a real work of art. We only had the afternoon to see the...More

viewed this during the laser show and tram ride up the rock. Pretty amazing! They carved 42 feet into the mountain, which is 90% underground. The rock spans 10-15 miles around the area.

Favorite colors in mountain view in the field and distant thunder is appropriate for me. The smell and experience with the right person who enjoys being a part of Life. A wonderful day in the park with laid-back guy who will stroll down to earth...More

The carvings are amazing to look at from the ground but even more so from the sky lift!!! The museum was pretty cool to learn more about the Civil War and the Carvings!!

We drove through the park to see the carving on the mountain. No it's really not that impressive. I kept driving around thinking there was more that we had missed. Sadly there was not. Really not worth the side trip.

Was an awesome sight. Rode aerial tram and could see just how big it was. Learned the history of it. Didn't realize that it was carved so big. The show they put on was awesome.

The laser show is a very nice attraction. The show starts at dusk and is great for all ages. You can bring a chair if you don't want to set on the ground.

I cannot believe anyone would want to remove this from the side of this mountain. It is a historical tribute.....

I viewed from the skyline car but you could see the detail and the side was incredible. They explained who the statues were on the ride past and slowed so we could take photos.

$15 parking fee, then if you want to ride any of the rides you can purchase different kinds of arm bands, otherwise you can visit the park, see the carving and gift shops

It usually begins at 9 pm and I can purchase the tickets online any time available. I purchased it at around 3pm when I was traveling to Stone Mountain.
