My husband son and I had an incredible experience in Castaway Cay when getting off the Disney Dream. The water was serene and the sun was shining in paradise. My son enjoyed playing in the white sand and swimming with his father and I in the water even though it was December. The temperature outside was very warm, but surprisingly... More

Wish we could have visited. After two calm sunny days, high winds prevented the Disney Magic from docking on Feb. 16. Very disappointing for our first cruise since Castaway Cay was one of the reasons we chose Disney. Without it, the cruise was OK but it did not turn me into a die hard Disney cruiser. Hesitant to try another... More

We had a great time on Disney's island. This was our first cruise and it was a fabulous experience. The water is so clear. We spent most of the day at the adult beach area Serenity Bay. We walked out in the water and we could see different kinds of fish and large starfish. No snorkel gear needed for that.... More

We had a fabulous time on the island. The adults only beach serenity was fabulous with a lounger and beach chair for everyone. My wife also enjoyed the yoga on the beach session - completely free and in a perfect spot. Food was good, well organised and plenty of seating. On top of it all weather was fantastic!

This is Disney's Island used by their cruise ships. The Disney employees are extremely friendly and what you would expect from Disney. That being said, everything else was just average. The food was typical no taste park food. For a tropical island you would have expected more color and blooming flowers. It didn't have the normal attention to detail you... More

Just like last time the kids loved the island. The water was cold in February but the sand and weather was beautiful. Once you got it and moved around the water would warm up. The lunch was really good. The ribs were surprisingly really good and the chicken was cooked perfectly. The little cookies were decadent. The fresh fruits were... More

Castaway Cay is all that a private Disney island should be. This was our second time visiting CC and we have no complaints. TIPS: 1)Bring water (though they have two places to get drinks, if you bring bottled water you won't have to walk anywhere or waste time. We bring a large pack of water on the cruise with us.)... I'm not a huge fan of cruises to begin with, too many limitations, rules and regimens to follow, however with the amount of activities on the Disney Wonder, I was starting to come around to the idea. That is, until we got to Castaway Cay... Obviously the first thing the kids wanted to do was to hit up the Pelican... More

Disney really knows how to cater to everyone of all ages. I have a girl 10yrs and boy 6yrs. We were on the Disney Fantasy for 7 days. The kids loved it and can't wait for their next Disney cruise adventure. If there was something that I was perplexed about was almost everything on the ship was free (minus the... More
