We used to take school trips to the Little White House in the 1960s; I was last there in the mid-1980s, so I was really interested to see what I’d think of it now. The grounds were still beautiful; the cottage still poignant; but I...More

very informative/educational - i gained a whole new perspective of FDR as a humanitarian and not just as our 32nd President! Great point of interest for families and history buffs alike!

Stopped here on a Sunday and really enjoyed the museum as well as house. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Learned a few things I didn’t know and my teen daughter enjoyed the visit too.

There is a good movie in the museum to watch before you see the house. The house is so little, especially for a president and his secretary... such little rooms! It continues with his unfinished portrait where he tells the artist there’s only 15 minutes...More

Little White House offers an amazing look at FDR as a person, not just a president. The house is almost exactly as it was when he would visit - and ultimately die - there. The museum area has some wonderful displays showing facets of his...More

My family enjoyed this attraction. There are numerous artifacts related to FDR. We probably spent less than an hour on the property. Some may want to spend more time, but two hours is probably the maximum necessary.

The pools that were heated by the Springs are closed, but you can visit them. The actual Springs no longer are visible at the pools but are still there in the area.
