The museum was kindof fun to visit and it was interesting too. The lady at the front counter was not nice. It ruined the entire visit for me. Because of that I would not recommend stopping. It kind of puts a damper on your trip.

This is well worth a visit, doesn’t cost much and has a parking lot that can accommodate an RV. The fee is four dollars with discounts for seniors, AAA and some others. There is gift shop with potato related items, a café and numerous oddball...More

Why not?! What a fun quirky museum. Small but well organized. Kids of all ages would enjoy it. Be sure to make a purchase in their gift store or have a baked potato at the end of the tour to support this little endeavor. Had...More

All you ever wanted to know about Idaho potatoes is explained here. Very interesting exhibits and a children's corner too. Look down to the basement to watch an unusual animated talking potato exhibit. Great museum store and a cafe too, with potato oriented snacks.

Enjoyable hour stop, pretty much the history of the Idaho potato with a gift shop on one side and little cafe on the other with a potato menu with different toppings plus a daily special topping. Worth the stop.

A nice little find on our road trip. Inexpensive and a good stretch of the legs. My daughter enjoyed it and loved seeing the worlds largest Pringle.

It's a few miles from the interstate, but it's worth the drive. Admission is a few dollars per person, but it's worth it. The museum has an outdoor portion (that's free) with old farming equipment. Indoors you will find some displays about potato farming, the...More

We found this in the Weird USA book and since we were driving right by it on a recent trip, planned to stop. The people were nice - there were only 2 - the lady that took our entrance fee of $3.50 each and the...More

We enjoyed our visit. Nice place for Rv to park in quiet little town. We had to get potato t-shirts! Don't forget to take your picture with the BIG 🥔 potato

What could be more nifty than a museum devoted to the baked potato? But we left with a bad taste in our mouth after an discourteous remark from a staff member of the gift shop. "Where are you visiting from?" she asked. "New York City,"...More
