Went with a bunch of teens to the memorial. We really found the quotes interesting and the scenery around to be breathtaking. Was a great visit for the teens to learn a little bit more about someone they have heard of through another person(s) words.

Through the years of having lived in the West, I have come to think of Idaho as the home of skinheads and racists. So when a friend and new resident of Boise took me to see this human rights site, I was somewhat surprised and...More

It's small but if one takes the time to walk around the monument and to read all the quotes that are inscribed on the marble slabs one begins to understand the importance of human rights and also the real value of working to ensure that...More

Found this to be a very moving experience. Larger than I thought it would be. The setting and quotes are very eye-opening. Worth the trip.

Not really worth a special trip but the story was interesting. It needed money to keep it afloat and was granted the necessary funds after vandals did some damage.

This memorial is well put together. There are areas to sit and read or listen to the fountains. This site is located within walking distance from downtown or BSU.

Our tour guide was wonderful and pointed out all the symbolism in this memorial that I would never have seen.

It's fairly centrally located, about a 9 minute walk from the Grove Hotel down town and also extremely close to both Julia Davis and Ann Morrison park. It's right next to the river and is very lovely.
