I think that any month might be good to visit the observatory. April was good because it wasn't too crowded. Summer months may be more comfortable but have longer waits to view through the telescope. Lots to see!

This is a great little observatory. The staff is informative and the black skies reveal lots of stars not seen in a city. Rent a cabin in the park and spend the night.
