With pretty lake views and extensive trails, Tubbs Hill was the perfect place to take our old dog for an outing. There were lots of wildflowers to identify as well. Fellow hikers were courteous about sharing the trail and information about the town.

Hiked the 2-mi loop trail of Tubs Hill to waste time before hotel check in. Trail is well established with numbered signs indicating educational parts along the trail. Good views of the lake. Parking on Pine St can be a bit confusing but doable. Best...More

We stretched our legs along with our two dogs for several miles. The path is quite walkable, wildflowers were near the paths, and wildlife (mule deer) seemed almost tame. After a long drive the day before, the hike was just what we all needed.

Tubbs Hill is fantastic. A large network of trails with amazing views of downtown and the lake and, most importantly, DOG FRIENDLY

This is a great place to take a hike in the Lake Coeur d'Alene area. The trails are well marked taking you on a relatively easy hike around the Tubbs Hill with awesome views of the lake.

I like to start at the East trail (free parking) and walk the main trail loop. The summit trail offers a little more cardio workout if desired. I would rate the main trail loop as easy and high usage.

Came to town for work 2 1/2 weeks. Tubbs Hill provided and great hike to help get the stress of work off my shoulders. Even saw some deer while walking the trail.

I like to explore a town via foot and found Tubbs Hill. The route is well marked and makes for a quick workout and offers great views of the lake.

The signage to find the park wasn't great, and Google and Garmin maps were inaccurate, but great views and nice trails. Puppies have to stay on leash unless you find a spot to have them dive in. Some of those spots are steep down...wear good...More

Tubbs Hill is not wheelchair friendly, unfortunately it is a dirt trail that is narrow with many stumps, rocks, and unevenness.
