Fun outing with the family for the sunflowers
My kids love it at Howell no matter what time of year! They have added a new playground that my kids loved. Hay bays to jump on, corn the play in, and the giant tube slide are always favourites (kids are 6 and 8). Flowers were gorgeous - they had tons of varieties of zinniasa and of course all the sunflowers. Each of us picked a bouquet and we finished out visit with pumpkin donuts which are always yummy. Would definitely visit again!

    Great place for families/small children
Fabulous place for young families. Children would absolutely love this place. So much to do and explore. I however went with an adult child to see the sunflowers. Too old for children’s games and play area. So not the best for us. Loved the fields of sunflowers.

    Good place to visit
It’s quite an interesting place for a family with kids to spend several hours. What we liked about the place that they have a lot of original activities in compared to most of the farms that we usually go. They even recorded their own songs which takes an effort. Also, a nice touch was to give flowers away for every ticket you have. We were lucky to have pretty good discount so for the price we paid it was totally worth it, otherwise if we would if we paid full price if it would be too expensive for us. Also, it was a pity that some activities were not working at all. But at the same time we were lucky not to be in a big crowd, so a lot of activities were just for ourselves. I would recommend this place for sure, especially if you have a discount.

    The best fall experience!
From photo ops to great food there's something for everyone!! The poutine and pumpkin donuts are AMAZING! The beer and wine garden have a great selection of drinks for everyone! There are so many activities for kids and grown ups on top of beautiful places to take pictures all over the farm! We've gone in the summer for sunflowers and the fall for pumpkin season and each time it's been amazing!

    Fun with the Family!
We love going to Howells. Been there for many different reasons; Family photos with our dogs in their Sunflower Field, Fall Pumpkin Fun with our daughter (multiple times over the years), and a night with friends at their bonfire pits. Their pumpkin doughnuts are the tastiest . Our daughter (4years old) loved all the attractions , she had so much fun! We will definitely be going back again this season

Fun times with mazes and doughnuts!
REALLY fun time!! There's a ton of space to wander around, and also the pumpkin doughnuts are PHENOMENAL!!! The corn maze was a ton of fun, as was the wagon ride. There's a lot going on, and it's honestly such a good way to spend a few hours with friends.

    Fantastic time
We( family of 14) decided to go earlier this year to Howels. What a great time, not crowded and the weather amazing. So many fun things for all ages. The little ones enjoyed the cornpit and hay jumping also the cow ride and seeing all the little shows. Food was excellent and a welcome beer in the Beer Garden. A fun Saturday:)

    Great experience
Very sensory friendly for people with ASD. There were not many people when we were there. The kiddo I was with had a blast. Staff was very kind and accepting. The all you can eat corn was good but they kept running out of corn. Waiting 20 mins is a long time.

    Excellent!!!
This was THE best family outing for my family. The farm had excellent entertainment for the 3 kids we brought who were 6-13. I was afraid the 13 year would be bored but he also enjoyed playing all the games with his siblings. The musical shows, the train & wagon rides, the basket ball in grain bins, the spooky slide, the monopoly & detective corn maze, the jumping air ballon pad, the life size connect 4 & pumpkin checkers, the tonka corn play place the si sing skeleton show the singing toads. The spooky house, everything was beyond excellent, they even had food and snacks for purchase to eat there. The only recommendation.I would make is to please have your indoor washrooms available, they were out of service and we needed to use your porta potty

    Fun times
Our 8 year old loves it and so do we. SO many fun activities to do - favourites are pumpkin slingshot and apple cannon. It was pouring rain this year and we still had fun. Great addition of the basketball nets!

Howells has a lot of attractions for all ages. They have many things to do. I like the fact that it is fairly well lit after dark. We arrived before 5 PM, so the price was cheaper, which I thought was a great incentive.
A couple of negative things to say, however, they have two full serviced bathrooms that were very dirty. There was not a maintenance schedule that other establishments have that it is checked for cleanliness every hour or two. A friend of mine complained that the toilet paper was out in one bathroom, however, two hours later, it was still lacking toilet paper. And it was still very very dirty. The other negative thing was the food lines. They do have a large variety of food choices, which I thought was good, however, I waited in line for half an hour to get our french fries and then I had to go to another booth to get a hotdog or a hamburger and that line was 35 minutes long. On busy evenings such as the night that I went, they need to have another barbeque or another way to cook the quantity of food that was required for the number of people that were there. There were a lot of angry people waiting for food. I brought a boy, who has autism with me, and waiting an hour for supper was a challenge.
If they just tweak these two things, bathrooms and food lines, I think they will definitely be an even better place to come and visit.

Having been to this farm before Covid, it did not meet expectations this time around. The cow ride had many broken pieces, there were no pig races, the racing rubber duckies were just dirty water with cups-the water pumps were broken. My party of 5 was charged $25 each, including my 3yr old, but for that price, everything should be operational. Staff was very nice, the only reason for a rating of 2 instead of 1.

For a $25 per person entrance fee (15$ early bird pricing) you would expect most events and attractions to be up and running but they wern't. Once you're in the farm after paying 25$ to enter attractions like the apple cannon and pumpkin slingshot you need to pay extra for them at $5 per 3 tokens. Roughly speaking a night out with the family (4 people) here is going to run you a bill around $150. Not really worth it, but for the seasonal outing it can be worth it to you.

Hadn't been in atleast a decade and it's not the same as it once was, for worse reasons.

The beer garden is a decent experience atleast. Sitting with the goats and chickens, drinking beer is a vibe. And that's the free attraction side of the farm.

Can't speak on the campfire rentals. BUT they do look cool and would be something interesting to do... but the prices for those are a little astronomical as well.

Didn't really have a howling good time unfortunately

Very Is expensive family outing.
The price should reflect the activities available. For example the pig races weren't running and inflatable bouncing attraction wasn't available due to misty weather.
I've been coming for years however I feel like they are Definitely price gouging when it comes to food and extras.
