A couple of nights we wandered down to the beach for cocktails and people watching. The beach is kept really nicely with different areas of beach chairs, beach huts and a couple of snack bars. It is beautiful to walk out onto the rocky path...More

We visited the free beach in Lido but we enjoyed the most near the Caribe restaurant! The beach a little more to the right (turned to the sea) it's good to enjoy the sun and dive. Watch out for the depth, it's small.

Stayed on the private part of this beach which effectively means you pay approximately €28 for an umbrella and 2 sunbeds; other options are available such as your beach hut! This beach is superb and stretches for miles; there is so much room (June) and...More

Lovely beach on the Lido. The food is great and the atmosphere brilliant. A great way to unwind after a day in Venice, or hit the sunloungers if that is your bag!

Great clean beach which is long. It is packed with holiday makers. There is a self service restaurant on site. Also showera and changing facilities. The water is warm. Part of the beach is private and they have a guard who will move you on.

Travelled there with Friends along with small kids, lovely beach off Venice. It's got a lane full of restaurants and cafes offering every cuisine possible. The beach though wasn't the best that I've been to but it was super fun and we played a lot....More

It all depends on what sort of ticket you have bought for local transport. If you have a 24, 48 or 72 hour pass for the ACTV waterbusses then there is no extra charge to get to Lido - there are various routes to get you... More
