This is one of the most charming places in America. Think 1950s America without the racism! Even if you go for just an afternoon this place is worth checking out and relaxing in. It is truly a special place.

We took a drive up to Redfish Lake while staying in Ketchum this past summer. The lake is beautiful and allowed for my kids to wade without any scary drop-offs. Since the water was shallow on the shore it was warm and presented pleasant conditions...More

Loved the affordable boat rentals, the Lodge and outdoor food stand, even the shop was well stocked with sundries and fun items. Bike rentals, fishing poles, kayaks-summer camp for the entire family!

Always worth a stop on a trip from Ketchum to Stanley. Excellent price on boat rentals. We were able to make a quick stop and show a Chicagoan the whole lake by renting a boat.

Good question. When I was there last fall I did see several boats on the lake, but don't know if they were rentals or owned. You might want to check with the lodge. If anyone rents them, they would know..
