We skied Sun Valley for a week in early March for 7 days. Although we did not get any fresh snow whilst we were there, the resort did a superb job keeping the groomers nice and skiable. Everyone around the resort was pleasant and approachable. We'll return.

Came for sun and light powder, but got fog and rain. But that is the gamble with scheduling a ski trip a year in advance. The a River a Run and Warm Springs lodges were very nice. The staff was great in the lodges and at the various lift stations. Because of conditions we did not get to explore most... More

We stayed in the condominiums next to the Lodge and had a great time. The location is easy to get to the mountain and Ketchum. The remodeled Lodge is a bit too fancy for my taste but the overall Sun Valley experience is as great as ever.

Sure,. great views from the top, convenient logistics, including free parking, decenty grooming.. BUT With hardly any snow, and late-spring in mid-February, they seemed to pretend everything was fine - and keep charging the absurd $135/day. We were on the Mountain Collective Pass - highly recommended - but the greed of the owners left a bad taste in the mouth.... More

We spent most of one day enjoying the spa. The massage, Sauna, Steam Room, Jacuzzi, Pool were all amazing. Much to our surprise very few people, with many amenities. Friendly helpful staff & most importantly it was spotless clean.

Amazing place. Great snow and grooming, wonderful lift system and no lines, great food/drink at all their lodges. Lift tickets cheaper than other world class ski areas. Staff very personable.

I've been staying at the Sun Valley Resort for 4 years now. They are consistently amongst the best hotels in the world that I've stayed. Everything you could possibly need is on site including an amazing spa, a full service bar, gift shop, bowling alley and the most amazing hot tub you could ever see. After their renovation last year,... More

Impeccable grooming-first class service-beautiful lodges. Slopes have a consistent pitch which make them much fun to ski. Ski school is first rate. I have driven twice to Sun Valley to sk,i and it has been well worth it both times.

Amazingly long runs! WOW! Thigh burner. We had a wonderful time skiing with our kids (14, 12). The black groomed runs were perfect for our kids who are relatively new to skiing. Avoid the lodge at the top - cafeteria style greasy food. Stick to Warm Creek Lodge - Great pizza, the freshly out of the oven chocolate chip cookies... More

The stunning snow and excellent conditions on Baldy, make coming to Sun Valley really worth the effort! We have lived in the Wood River Valley for 30 years now and spent many hours at the resort over the Christmas season with our grandchildren. The food and service was EXCELLENT! The new improvements are lovely (though we miss the old Duchin... More
