We went with friends on a Sunday and saw such a variety of wonderful artworks. Modern and religious and architectural all scattered around. Also a great gift shop.

$25 entrance fee was superb value for money considering the amazing artwork that you get to see in this location. It is not too large a museum and therefore you could get around it quite easily. I highly recommend it

Simply to use and navigate thought the institute. Very supportive staff. Excusite collections. One day visit is just good start to explore. 5 hours just sent too fast allowing to see maybe and only 1/3 of art work and exibitions. The place you can spend days to enjoy art even without being into it. I hope there is multi entry... More

The range of art is amazing. I highly recommend a couple of hours to explore its exhibits. If you are in Chicago for one day this should be the 1st stop.

I'm not a big fun for the arts, but some of the drawings exhibited here attracted me a lot. I kind of find the drawing style I liked, and I'm deeply moved by the story behind certain drawings. Very enlightening, very great experience here, especially a good place to go in this bloody cold city in winter
