I did a run through Lincoln

Park and enjoyed the scenery. I felt safe and it was really pretty. I also took a walk to the zoo nearby and enjoyed that as well. The entire area is really nice.

Quintessential Chicago park, we like the Great Ape House at the Lincoln Park Zoo in spite of all the controversy, they can't return their population to the wild and the conservation efforts are the best anywhere.....

We visited in winter and got to experience a winter wonderland with the trees all covered in snow and some in decorations. There were plenty of runners out exercising and it's a lovely walk - we went through it en-route to the zoo

Went here while I had free time alone in the area....showed the outdoorsy side of the city! People running, bike-riding, and swimming at the beach that overlooks the city. What makes Chicago so cool to me is how well-rounded it is, and this is a perfect example.

Walking and running trails, ponds, zoo, conservatory. What more could you ask for? Cheaper parking... There are free parking spots on Stockton, but they fill early.

Nice park but it also is the name of the neighborhood next to it. The park is huge and runs east to Michigan Lake and its full of green, trees, a Zoo, lakes and boats. Its lovely during the summer.

This park offers great views of the city skyline. There's also a free conservatory and zoo. We had three and a half days in Chicago and spent our last half day before our flight in Lincoln Park. It was a perfect way to end our trip.

Lovely oasis type park. Beach and lake one side, large park other - with lots of different things to do/visit - from the brilliant Chicago Museum in the south to the Zoo further north. There is a farmers/organic market here Sat mornings.
