Vibe of the city

Oasis of green in the city of skyscrapers. Very much recommended, although on sunny weekends it gets quite crowded. But don't worry - you will find a spot to have a good time.

We walked through Millennium Park and observed the art work. Obviously the big bean was filled with visitors but it is pretty neat. You have to get under it and check out the perspective.

Millennium Park is a great spot for all ages but the joy it brings kids is great to see. The water fountains with faces are a great way to spend an hour on a warm afternoon. Our kids love getting soaked and playing in the wading area. A little further North in the park and you're at The Bean or... More

There's no way you're visiting Chicago and not see this place. What they have built here is truly amazing. A gathering place for locals and tourists alike, it's really a beautiful spot in the downtown area. On the day I was there I even got a free concert from a local school choir. Great for the whole family.

Millenium Park is great and is connected to several other parks (Grant, Daley, etc) and is located near the world class museums (Art, Field, Aquarium, Science and Industry, etc) of Chicago. There is also lots happening in the park and is the site of many events in the city (we were there and they had concerts and a 5k). The... More

We were at the park this past Sunday. Although it has "The Bean" and there are always many people around I found the park to be uninspiring. It is good for a rest and it is in a good location but other than that there is little to add. Too bad!

Spent around 2 hours at the park. Sat on the benches in front of the bean and ate sandwiches and drank cool water and pop. Clicked a gazillion fun boomerang pictures, and created some awesome memories with family. Very relaxing place with clean washrooms.
