Attended the musical Beautiful the Carole King Story. The Oriental Theatre is amazing. The staff was helpful and very friendly. The show is amazing. The theater is very clean. Although our tickets said limited viewing (row G left seats 21/23), we had almost no missed areas of the stage.

We saw the Carole King story, 'Beautiful'. Our seats were toward the back on the ground floor. Perfect view! Excellent sound. Plus the decorations in the theater are amazing. Downstairs is a backdrop for pictures (after the show), which we used to celebrate the occasion. During intermission, about 4,000 women needed the facilities. As the time for the second act... More

When I was looking to purchase tickets for a show here recently, I was debating over whether to purchase the VIP Suite Service or not. When I searched for information or reviews about it online, I couldn't find anything, so I figured I would go ahead and purchase and then write a review about it to help anyone else trying... More

We sat in row Y Center, the very back of the main floor. The seats were great, perfect view of the play and could hear perfectly. It isn't that far back. The musical was fun, After seeing the Kennedy Center Honors for Carol King, I had to see "Beautiful" and I wasn't disappointed. The singing along with the rest of... More

I haven't been to this theater in treats and was delightfully surprised at the wonderful restoration. You feel as though you've stepped back in time to a more glamorous age. Gratefully the amenities have been modernized. The women's facilities have been enlarged and traffic was managed by theater staff which greatly reduced the wait time. Even the beverage lines were... I can't think of a better site to hold a musical than the Oriental Theatre. The theatre is truly part of the attraction. You can't help but get into the mood for entertainment as you look around the ornate theatre and marvel at its architecture. Also good of course when the entertainment you're watching is extraordinary as was the case... More

This theatre has a beautifully ornate lobby. It reminds me of the Fox in Detroit and in St Louis. For an old theatre it is in spectacular shape and has fairly wide seats. I went in January and did not feel cramped even with a coat on my seat back. The rest rooms are on the ground floor. You can... More
