I took my adult daughter to Chicago for a birthday weekend. While looking for things to do during our short stay, I asked my cousin what he would recommend. He is an active member of the Chicago theater community and recommended this production. When we got there and received the playbills, we looked at each other with big question marks... More

We saw the Harry Houdini show and it was entertaining. The small theater lead to an intimate, exciting environment. The actors engaged the audience and we left with a smile on our face!

Great show, very small theater but excellent acting and magic. Took our 13 year old grandson and he loved it.

This small theatre only seated about 130 for the Death and Harry Houdini performance we saw last Saturday. The theatre lobby is tiny without much room for sitting or hanging out while waiting for the show to start. There was a small cash bar and the service was good. The staff were friendly. The actual theatre was so small that... More

No other Chicago theatre experience approaches The House experience in creativity, phenomenal story telling, great acting, amazing... More

This up-and-coming troupe pulls together original works that incorporate spectacle of some sort, which magic, music or magnificent puppetry. I always leave a performing feeling lighter and happier - or at the very least, amazed.
