This is a good way to experience the view from the top of one of Chicago's tallest skyscrapers without having to pay for entry. The cost of the drinks is quite high however and you might have to wait for a table by the window....More

5 star view, 4 star service, 3 star drinks, 2 star lounge. I think this is a must have experience for visitors to Chicago. I've been coming for years with out of towners and the view truly impresses, service is good and drinks are ok....More

The views as expected were terrific - and it was crowded. We were disappointed that we did not get a table by the window - but with the layered tables - our view was still very good. Come for the views - but stay for...More

I wish they would have opened both sections of the lounge vs. cramming so many people in one area. For $17 a cocktail the experience was not positive, they were clearly understaffed and we felt like sardines in a can. What has changed since my...More

The food and the views were both amazing. It is on the 95th floor of the Hancock building with sweeping 360 degree views. The brunch was a high end feast that was very memorable. The art deco decor was awesome.

Unbelievable views. Absolutely gorgeous. We went up to the lounge because we were waiting for our seats to become available at the Signature Room Restaurant. We were not told we would have to wait in a 30 minute line just to get into the lounge...More

We only had a very short wait for a window seat the signature lounge was surprisingly quiet for a Friday lunchtime so easy to walk around & take pictures on the most interesting views of the 3 sides of the building. Cocktails we had were...More

You can go to the 96th floor and get great views without paying as for the Observation deck and not as crowded. You do of course have to buy a drink etc but then you can sit at your leisure and admire the view. When...More

We skipped the observation deck and went up to the 96th floor to enjoy a spectacular night view of Chicago. Ironically, the best unobstructed view was from the women's washroom! Dining is available on the 95th floor and they have a bar on the 96th...More

Magnificent Mile
Over 400 stores pack the concrete along Michigan
Avenue, the eight-block stretch known as Magnificent
Mile. This area between Oak Avenue and the Chicago
River is more a shopping paradise than a full-out
neighborhood. For prime upscale shopping, this is the
place to go. It’s busy, energetic, and packed with
shoppers. You'll also find hundreds of restaurants and
dozens of hotels, all on the mid- to high-end scale.

We were in the lounge at night time. It is kind of a happening place, so I doubt it closes early.
