Wonderful spa! Amazing employees and facilities. Completely beautiful. I had a wonderful Massage and also had a brow wax and eyelash tint. Both techs were fantastic. I would HIGHLY recommend Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Chicago.

Omg! Laura and Jade are the best estheticians/ nails technicians ever!!! Some spas tend to be a bit stuffy with attitudes however the attitudes of these two ladies was positive, fun , rejuvenating, and just overall great! I often stay at the hotel for work and family time, however this was my first time at the Spa! I wish I... More

Not quite what I had expected for the four seasons. The staff were very friendly but the facility itself needed a little improvement. There were bleach spots on the floor and the steam room could definitely use some updating. My massage was great and went by way too quickly!

During my three hour visit in the spa, I saw at least four staff carrying piles of untidy linens. Two of them were dragging behind them what seemed to be heavy (possibly also wet?) bags of linens/laundry. One of them nearly knocked me down in the quiet spa area, where my treatment room was, because she could not see the... More

We had a duomassage in the same room. It was very good and the place is really relaxing. We also got access to the pool and whirpool, which was great (we did not stay at the hotel). Complimentary champagne at the end.

We always enjoy staying at Four Seasons Hotels and this was no exception. The pool and hot tub are enjoyable for children and adults. The hotel room service food was very good. The location is right on Michigan Avenue which is very convenient. The building it is in has lots of stores and restaurants as well. The one downside is... More

We had massages and pedicures at the Four Seasons Spa while staying at the hotel for a weekend anniversary celebration. We had heard that it was very highly-rated in Chicago. The services were good. The staff was pleasant. I would rate the services as very good but not exceptional

The Spa is designed a bit like a rabbit warren, lots of corridors and doors, but what it does is create this cocoon of relaxation. Lisette in the nail and pedicure salon is one of the best if not the best pedicurist in Chicago. What kept me coming back, besides the beautiful and airy pool that you would never expect... More

I scheduled an 80 minute bamboo massage in my 2 night stay there and also used their amenities like the steam room, pool and whirlpool jacuzzi. My masseuse was excellent and relieve a lot of my knots and tension on my upper and lower back. The added oils make the experience more unique. Their relaxation room is so comfortable you... More
