Surprisingly, this small museum is very well put together. It clearly tells the story of the Mueller Company founder and his inventions, as well as his impact during the Industrial Age. Very interesting stories of his family and interweaving with the other major business in town at the time, Staley's. Takes about an hour but worth the time to visit.

I stumbled across this small museum last December on a tour of Christmas Open Businesses. It has lots of historical item related to the Mueller Company on whose grounds it is located. I learned a lot about the history of the company. Since that's the goal of the museum, it's a win.

This is a museum focused on all the patents received by Hieronymus Mueller who came here as a gunsmith, but wound up as an important engineer on water mains, water valves and hydrants. A great little museum to go to for understanding the water infrastructure of this country. He also was one of the first people to buy a Mercedes.... More
