Large cross that is view-able from the highway which is good enough to see when travelling through Effingham. Not as impressive as the crosses (three or four) outstanding randomly in the fields of bible belt America.

A friend drove over to see this gigantic cross which can see see from a long distance away. When you're up close to it, you get more of perspective on how large the cross really is

We just drove by the Cross, but what a sight! And it made me feel good that this Christian symbol stands out in the landscape, a testament to the country's founding principles. It was comforting.
