This place is beautiful. Observation trail is a must. It can get very dangerous around the cliffs. We did see one preteen girl fall and gash her head (she ended up being ok). Indian Point trail is very poorly marked and it took us forever...More

We did observation trail...and upon starting point there was this saying "In every walk with nature one receives far more than he seeks" ...It can get really hot during summer...it has pretty good views..

The views are great. The perfect place for pictures in the fall or spring. Need to visit type of place.

Looking at my pictures after returning home I was rather disappointed that they did not capture the incredible beauty of this place. After a short hike you come out on top of these awesome bluffs with the most gorgeous views of other bluffs and the...More

The observation trail at Garden of the Gods is 1/4 mile long and is paved. There are some spots it might be difficult for a mobility challenged person with a few steps and rough areas, but for the most part, anybody could walk on this...More

Beautiful scenery. I'm from northern Illinois and it was definitely worth a small weekend roundtrip to go to Garden of the Gods; if you're into nature.

It is a paved flagstone path all the way around but there are some stairs and up hills. It is fairly short (like a quarter mile).

I believe it is permitted in some areas just outside of the gardens. I know they have cabins maybe a .25 mile from there. So I would think, yes. I bet there is number you can call to find out for sure.
